  1. WHAT DO I NEED TO USE MOBILE PRESETS?

    You will need to download the Lightroom Mobile App.

    All our Mobile Presets install directly from the link in the PDF User Guide for each product.

  2. WHAT IF THE FILES SHOW UP AS A BLANK IMAGE IN MY CAMERA ROLL?

    That is perfectly fine!

    All mobile presets are DNG files and essentially RAW images, it will show us as a blank or black photo in your Mobile Device’s Camera Roll.

    Once you open the Lightroom CC app and import the preset a folder, you will see the actual preset image.

  4. HOW DO I ADJSUT PRESETS FOR MY SKIN TONE OR LIGHTING?

    Included in the PDF User Guid is full instructions on how to adjust your Mobile Presets for skin tone & lighting.

  5. HOW DO I UNZIP FILES ON MY MOBILE DEVICE?

    If you download your files as a zip file you can unzip your file on your mobile device using WinZip App or Unzip App

  6. HOW TO INSTALL DESKOP PRESETS?

    Included in your Desktop Presets/ACR purchase is a file with installation instructions.

  7. HOW TO INSTALL PHOTOSHOP ACTIONS?

    All of our Photoshop Actions will need to be unzipped after downloading. Once unzipped you need to locate the .atn file and just double click to install your new Actions.

  8. HOW TO INSTALL ACR PRESETS?

    ACR Presets can be installed just as easy as Lightroom Presets. You can find the full instructions in your purchase.

  9. HOW TO INSTALL LR BRUSHES?

    Lightroom Brushes are very easy to use and install. Your purchase included a full instruction file for installation.

  10. REFUNDS / RETUNS / EXCHANGES

    Due to the nature of our digital goods there is no way to “return” or “exchange” our digital goods. If you need any help we are always here and will respond within 24 hours, but usually much sooner than that.
